There are two opportunities whithin avon. The first being an independent Avon representative where you can either sell to your
family and friends or, if you prefer, you can sell in an allocated territory, putting brochures through doors. The second opportunity
is by being an Avon Sales Leader. You earn variable commission on the paid sales of your team and continue to sell to your Avon
customers as a representative but you also recruit, train and mentor others to do the same.
To help you get started as a Sales Leader, there are some excellent fast start bonuses available.

As a representative, you can earm either 20% or 25% commission depending on your sales. There is a small administartion fee of £15
which is taken out of your two fist campaigns, £7.50 each campaign. This means that there is no money to pay up front.
