PC Lunch this year with Jerry Macdonald President of Avon and
my Manager.

I have been an Avon rep for 27 Years, for most of that time I have also been
a Presidents Club Member, reaching Honours three years in a row.
I couldn't go any higher as a rep, so decided to give Sales Leadership a go.

I started Sales Leadership in March 2004, I now have a team of 93
Representatives and 6 of them have become Sales Leaders themselves.
We are a strong team, we support each other in many ways. I send out regular
newsletters ,and I regularly run incentives, giving my team members
something to aim for, motivation is the key to success.
Avon is an ideal job for me, as it fits in with Family commitments, it is
totally flexible, you only need work the hours you choose.
I have made many friends over the years, a couple of them are actually
Godparents to my Children.

Rayleigh, Rochford, Hockley, Hawkwell, Hullbridge, Hadleigh, Leigh on
Sea, Westcliff on Sea, Canvey Island, Southend, Southchurch, Shoeburyness, Thorpe Bay, Eastwood, Laindon, Basildon, Pitsea, Vange, Chelmsford, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon, Burnham,Romford ,Ilford, Upminster, Hornchurch ,Walthamstow, East Ham, Barking etc, and
